Insurance Sales Agent | Full-time, Commission

Our agency seeks to give its agents a career in insurance; not just a job. We are one of the top agencies within the company and have an uncapped commissions environment. In addition, successful agents are given the opportunity to be promoted to management positions on a performance basis.

If you are seeking a career in insurance, and an environment where the sky’s the limit, then this is the agency for you!

Please note that this is a full-time, commission-only sales position. Candidates who desire any sort of base salary need not apply.

Candidates with a strong background in sales who do not currently have a life or health insurance license are still encouraged to apply. The agency can help train the right candidate for state licensure.

Responsibilities

· Set appointments with leads via telephone

· Evaluate clients’ insurance needs on an individualized basis via one-on-one in-person meetings

· Respond to clients’ questions in an effective and professional manner

· Convert opportunities into sales using selling techniques

· Meet monthly sales and performance goals.

· Develop positive working relationships with clients to increase retention rate

· Participate in agency's continuing education programs and trainings
